This chair has all of the elements I strive for in great design. Nothing can be added and nothing can be taken away. It begins with an equilateral triangle that everything else revolves around. The stretcher system, integral to the structure of the chair, intersects beautifully with the back slats and the front legs. The slight dish carving in the seat creates a perfect saddle for the sitter, or if preferred we can upholster the dish. And finally the 9-degree slant of the back makes the chair extremely comfortable.
